  2. Understand the process
  3. Contact a recruiter

For employers

Understand your expertise. Discuss a hiring need.

Show the sectors, roles, and markets your agency serves. Help employers evaluate your approach and reach the right person with a clear, proportionate hiring inquiry.

  1. Review your services
  2. Evaluate your agency
  3. Share a hiring need

A scope that fits your agency

What your recruitment agency website can include

We scope recruitment agency website development around the pages you need, the content you can supply, and how inquiries reach your team. Each integration and data flow is agreed before it becomes part of the build.

Agency & service pages

Explain your recruitment services, specialisms, locations, and the audiences you work with.

Team & contact information

Introduce your recruiters and make office details, contact channels, and relevant experience easy to find.

Vacancy presentation

Plan how opportunities are displayed, who keeps them current, and whether they come from supplied content or a scoped job feed.

Candidate next steps

Guide visitors to recruiter contact or an agreed application destination, with clear instructions and an appropriate confirmation.

Employer inquiry intake

Capture the hiring context your team needs and route the inquiry to an agreed inbox or system.

Mobile UX & search foundations

Build readable page layouts, accessible navigation, clear contact actions, and page-level technical SEO into the agreed scope.

Meet people in their language

Multilingual recruitment website design

Language affects how people understand your agency and contact your team. Plan the content, navigation, and ownership of each version together, so the journey stays clear from the first page to the final inquiry.

  1. Content & translation ownership

Choose the languages and pages you need. Agree who writes, translates, and approves the copy, including forms and contact instructions.

  2. Language routes & navigation

Give each language a clear URL structure and a useful language switcher. Plan localized contact details and how equivalent pages connect.

  3. Technical SEO & ongoing changes

Scope localized metadata, canonical URLs, language annotations, and sitemap coverage. Define how future updates stay consistent across languages.

From the brief to everyday use

From discovery to launch and website support

Agree the content, build the journeys, and check the handoffs before the website goes live.

  1. Discover & organize

Review your current site, audiences, content, and tools. Map the pages, language versions, inquiry routes, and any existing URLs to preserve.

  2. Design & develop

Agree the structure and mobile layouts, then build the website around approved content. Confirm each integration and data handoff before implementation.

  3. Migrate & verify

Move agreed content and check redirects, language routes, mobile usability, and contact flows. Verify where inquiries arrive before the launch is approved.

  4. Launch & maintain

Coordinate the launch and content handover. Agree who manages vacancies and page updates, with ongoing website care available as a separate support engagement.

Plan the build before the budget

Recruitment website cost and scope

Website design for a recruitment agency can range from a focused public site to a multilingual experience with scoped integrations. We quote after reviewing your content, current setup, and the journeys you need to support.

Bring your existing website, target audiences, required languages, and current ATS or recruitment tools. These give us a useful starting point for the proposal.

Before your website project starts

Recruitment agency website questions

Can the website work with our existing ATS?

We review your applicant tracking system, available APIs or embeds, access permissions, and the handoff you need. A link to an existing application page may be sufficient; an embedded form or job-feed connection needs its own scope. We confirm feasibility and responsibilities before including an integration in the proposal.

Who will maintain vacancies after launch?

We agree the source of vacancy information and who is responsible for publishing, updating, and removing it. Your team may maintain supplied content through the agreed editing setup, or vacancies may come from a separately scoped feed. The proposal defines the workflow, access, and handover your team needs.

Who supplies and approves multilingual content?

Your agency supplies the service details, recruitment process, contact information, and other business facts. We agree who prepares and translates the copy and who approves each language version. Translation and copywriting responsibilities are set in the scope, including how later changes will be maintained.

Where does candidate information go?

The destination is agreed before development: for example, a recruiter contact channel, an existing application page, or a scoped ATS handoff. We define which fields are needed, who receives the information, and what confirmation the candidate sees. Any document upload, storage, or additional data processing is discussed explicitly as part of that flow.

Can you rebuild our existing site and provide ongoing updates?

Yes. We start with an inventory of your current pages, language routes, content, and integrations, then plan the rebuild and any redirects needed for changed URLs. After launch, your team can manage the agreed content workflow, or we can scope ongoing website maintenance and support separately.

Do you also offer staffing agency website design?

Yes. Staffing website design follows the same core principle: make the next step clear for both candidates and employers. We adapt the service pages, sector information, vacancy presentation, and inquiry routes to your agency’s actual recruitment model, markets, and content needs.
